R4 · 4.0.1 · Core structure. This checks selected structural basics from the FHIR R4 core spec — required fields like Observation.status/.code, Encounter.status/.class, Bundle.type, and similar. It is not a full profile, implementation-guide, or terminology validator; for production validation use the official HL7 FHIR validator or your FHIR server's built-in validation.
